We started UK Wager Field with one rule: describe every operator the way you'd want it described to a friend — licence first, honest numbers, and the catches in the same font size as the promises.

Licence or nothing
An operator without a current licence from the national regulator does not appear here, full stop. The licence reference is printed on every review.
No predictions
We explain how betting works; we never claim to know what will win. Anyone who does is selling something.
Plain language
Wagering requirements, minimum odds, expiry windows — we translate the small print instead of copying it.
